MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial Release Therapy (The Barnes Method) uses gentle, sustained pressure to ease restrictions in the body’s fascia, relieving pain, improving mobility, and restoring natural alignment for lasting whole-body balance.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce swelling, flush out toxins, and boost circulation for improved immunity, healing, and overall wellness.
SIGNATURE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Relax with this medium-pressure massage incorporating steam towels and light aromatherapy. Focuses on relieving muscle tension and discomfort by incorporating therapeutic and flushing techniques. This massage will not only ease moderate pain and chronic aches but also leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
For athletes, experienced massage-goers and those needing full-body tension release. Deep pressure and trigger point therapy are applied to relax and calm stressed muscular fascia, reduce lactic acid, and impart calmness.

PRENATAL MASSAGE | 60min $120
Prenatal massage offers targeted relief for expectant mothers, addressing tension and discomfort while promoting deep relaxation. This 60-minute session is tailored to enhance overall well-being during pregnancy, focusing on key areas to support moms-to-be. Contraindicated for women who are less than 12 weeks along. Please provide note from physician prior to receiving treatment.
