when you arrive

Please note our NEW Location at 3961-B Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28403 adjacent to Cape Fear Acupuncture.


Upon arrival, head upstairs to our lounge and wait for your practitioner to greet you at your appointment time.

You may also send us a text through the Vagaro app if needed, or use contactless check-in to let us know you have arrived.

If you arrive and the door is locked, please message us through Vagaro so that we may come meet you. 

All appointments must check-in no later than 10 minutes past the appointment time or you will be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee of 100% of the service total.


For massages and facials, you will be given privacy in the suite to undress to your comfort level.

Note: there are no showers onsite, so please keep this in mind.


FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS

First time guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start of your treatment if you have not completed your intake forms. This will also allow you to fully unwind and enjoy your treatment. Forms will be emailed to you prior to your appointment start time for your convenience.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy to all of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked.


GIFT CARD REDEMPTION

Gift cards are redeemable for services and products, and are at face value.  Gift Cards cannot be used towards gratuities. They may be purchased by phone, on our website or within the spa. They must be presented at time of service and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.


CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

Any Cancellations, No-Shows or Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the service booked.


If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we will not go over the allotted appointment time. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable therefore we have implemented this policy. When you schedule your appointment with us we request a credit card to be put on file to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Thank you!
